These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Prompts.review website, memberships, marketplace, prompt listings, reviews, wallet-connected features, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. What Prompts.review Is
Prompts.review is a software and marketplace platform for discovering, listing, reviewing, unlocking, and managing AI prompts and related prompt-based digital products.
The Services may include:
- public prompt browsing,
- member-only prompt unlocking,
- prompt listing tools,
- verified review tools,
- wallet-connected purchase flows,
- dashboards such as “My Prompts,”
- related support and administrative tools.
Prompts.review is a software and marketplace tool. It is not a bank, escrow service, payment custodian, broker, legal adviser, or guarantor of creator or buyer performance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use the Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of a business, team, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You are solely responsible for complying with laws and regulations that apply to your use of the Services.
3. Accounts, Memberships, and Access
Some features require an account, a paid membership, a connected wallet, or a combination of these.
You agree to:
- provide accurate and current information,
- maintain the security of your account credentials and connected wallet tools,
- restrict unauthorized use of your account,
- notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access,
- accept responsibility for activity under your account or wallet connection.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is inaccurate, compromised, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
4. Marketplace and Prompt Listings
The Services may allow creators to publish listings for prompts, prompt packs, prompt libraries, or related digital prompt assets.
Creators are solely responsible for:
- the legality and accuracy of their listings,
- prompt descriptions, compatibility claims, and pricing,
- ensuring they have the right to sell the listed content,
- ensuring their listings do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.
Prompts.review does not guarantee that every listed prompt is effective, original, lawful, or suitable for your intended use.
5. Prompt Performance and Compatibility
Prompt outputs may vary depending on:
- the model used,
- system instructions,
- settings,
- tools,
- provider updates,
- user inputs,
- workflow context.
You understand and agree that:
- a prompt that works well for one user may not work the same way for another,
- model or provider updates may change performance over time,
- reviews reflect user opinions and experiences, not guarantees,
- Prompts.review does not guarantee any particular outcome, quality level, business result, or model behavior.
6. Reviews and Member Feedback
The Services may allow members to post reviews, ratings, feedback, and related comments about prompts.
You agree that reviews must be truthful to the best of your knowledge and must not be deceptive, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful.
We may remove reviews or feedback that we believe are fraudulent, manipulated, abusive, misleading, or otherwise violate these Terms.
7. Wallets and P2P Prompt Purchases
Some features require a supported wallet and blockchain-based payment interaction.
You are solely responsible for:
- choosing and controlling your wallet,
- safeguarding your keys, seed phrase, passwords, and devices,
- confirming the correct chain, token, wallet address, and payment amount,
- understanding that blockchain transactions may be public, permanent, and irreversible.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Prompts.review is not the seller in a direct buyer-to-creator prompt purchase and is not a party to the peer-to-peer payment transaction itself.
8. Unlocking and Access to Paid Prompts
A paid prompt purchase or a paid membership may allow access to specific content, depending on the listing and membership rules in effect.
You are responsible for confirming what is included before you pay. Prompt purchases and memberships do not guarantee:
- access to every prompt on the platform,
- ongoing compatibility with every model or provider,
- uninterrupted availability of every listing,
- any minimum commercial or productivity result.
9. Memberships and Paid Features
Some Services require a paid membership or paid feature access.
A paid membership gives access only to the features included in that plan. It does not guarantee:
- a minimum number of sales,
- a minimum number of reviews,
- prompt performance,
- uninterrupted service,
- compatibility with every wallet, model, or provider.
Refunds, renewals, and payment rules are governed by the Refund and Billing Policy, if posted.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- submit infringing, stolen, or unauthorized prompt content,
- post deceptive, unlawful, dangerous, or fraudulent listings,
- manipulate reviews or ratings,
- impersonate another person or business,
- misuse wallet, unlock, or review flows,
- attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services except as allowed by law,
- upload malware or malicious code,
- use the Services to facilitate unlawful conduct.
We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate access where appropriate.
11. User Content
You may submit prompt text, listing content, descriptions, tags, compatibility notes, reviews, comments, support messages, and related materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Prompts.review a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, improve, and support the Services, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to submit User Content.
12. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, branding, site design, workflows, text, graphics, and related materials, are owned by Prompts.review or its licensors and are protected by law.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purposes.
13. Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on or link to third-party services such as wallets, payment processors, onramp providers, blockchain infrastructure, hosting providers, analytics vendors, and storage providers.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party uptime, pricing, privacy practices, security, or performance. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
14. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, quiet enjoyment, and results.
We do not warrant that:
- listed prompts will meet your expectations,
- reviews will be accurate or representative,
- every purchase or unlock flow will succeed,
- every creator or buyer will perform as expected,
- the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prompts.review and its affiliates, owners, licensors, service providers, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, prompt-performance losses, buyer-seller disputes, wallet losses, or third-party claims arising from or related to the Services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or
- USD $100.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prompts.review and its affiliates, owners, officers, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, and expenses arising out of or related to:
- your use of the Services,
- your User Content,
- your listings, reviews, purchases, or prompt content,
- your violation of these Terms,
- your violation of law or third-party rights.
17. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay required fees, or used the Services in a harmful or unlawful manner.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
19. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
